Glasgow's ONG! dropped their vibrant new number, "GIVING HIM MY NMBR", just this Friday gone. The new single acts as the outfit's third single since 2022 and is a track that was written during the last Eurovision weekend, giving the track a fusion of vibrant pop sounds alongside thick synth tones.
ONG! means business, just listen to it, it's so vibrant it's infectious!
Speaking about the track ONG! mentions it's about "soundtracking dancing at the club on a Friday with the gals, after a few too many wines. I absolutely fancy myself as a dancer - mentally I’m at K-Pop-superstar-could-win-Strictly level but it’s realistically I’m just in my pants, shaking my arse in the kitchen whilst doing the dishes."
The track is very synth lead and has a delightful addition of cashier-chings, steel-drum sounding tones and a thick bassline that could well ruin your speaker set-up if you play it too loud! Vocally driven it's got this auora surrounding it that it could be a cornerstone track for ONG!'s live sets. ONG! means business, just listen to it, it's so vibrant it's infectious!
