Coming out from Mystic, CT is Delta of Venus and their debut single, "Disengaged", and one thing that got us on board with the song right away was how soothing it felt deep within my head in the first ten seconds. The jangly nature of the guitar mixed with crisp persuasion and a subtle addition of strings was a perfect way to welcome me to their sound.

A quality debut that'll no doubt be turning a lot of heads.
The fact that the song is vocally strong too just almost confirmed my initial thoughts, and considering this also is a debut effort it'll go a long way in getting plenty of new fans deeply interested in Delta of Venus's sound. The debut release is also backed up with a B-Side single, "Slipping", it's a less jangly tune and more dark leaning, but still good as it provides you yet another chance to sink into their sounds and dreamy vocal hooks.
