New York-based Harris Mac has recently revealed the sonic new single, "Astral", and not to use a pun on this anywhere, but it does feel out of this world.

The intro alone is dripping with sizzling synth tones laced with what feels like a psychedelic fuzz enveloping the atmosphere. It's got that subtle bass, that delicate touch to the ear and a sweeping percussive section that just beckons you forward.
As soon as the vocals roll on by, this feels like the definition of a dreamy take on lo-fi. With each layer on the track, it feels like on its own, it can be a cosmic ripple, pulling you deeper into its hypnotic, slow-burning sonic universe.
