... The Broken Vinyls channel raw, '90s-tinged alt-rock swagger into an unpolished, guitar-driven statement.
The new cut is titled "Meatlocker", and the sound they have is tapped straight into the gritty heart of the rock genre. Right from the outset, the sound of the guitars reminds me a lot of that 1990s alt-rock scene, from the likes of Oasis, Pixies, and some more punk sounds like Green Day would be proud to call their own.
"Meatlocker" really embraces an unpolished, raw and analogue feel that lets their talent shine. It's laced with gritty guitars (with epic solos), powerful drums, and a vocalist who knows how to channel his emotion. The swagger of the track is undeniable here, and this is going to go a long way in getting their name truly embedded into their scene. Watch out, New Jersey (and beyond), there's a new rock band in town!
