Rap usually isn't my forte. It's not the kind of music I tend to go for, but the rap segment on this track honestly really brings it to life. It's like yin and yang, like a contrast of what the initial euphoric and ethereal vocals were like, balanced by this direct rap, spitting bars left, right and centre. It honestly is a fantastic blend of genres.
Haunting at its core, with some EDM textures, the track feels both dark and yet elegantly bright. With the delivery of both vocals, giving the listener that zing. Even on the first listen, I was all over it, way before the track was finished.
