Danny Suede shares the sun-kissed new tune, "shadows on the pavement"

Bursting out from Spokane, United States, is Danny Suede, who has recently released his new track titled "shadows on the pavement". The new offering from the American singer-songwriter has already shot to the top of his most popular songs on Spotify, and I can easily tell why from the very first minute. ... a shimmering, uplifting slice of bedroom pop that feels made for sunny days. The opening sequence of the song is a delicate balance of acoustic guitar mixed with his serene vocals and a dash of electronic pulses just to get you all warmed up. For me, the fusion of bedroom pop and alternative pop sounds reminded me of an early Ed Sheeran as he was about to take over the British music scene. With that in mind, it sounds like Danny is also going in that direction. It is such an uplifting track and has brilliant shimmering moments that make this an unmistakably top pick for your Sunkissed playlists. He is an artist who is on the rise, so be sure to listen to him as soon as you...

Matthew James Aylett reveals the cinematic song, "Dreams I Never Caught"

England-based singer-songwriter Matthew James Aylett has recently shared the closing single from his latest EP, titled "Past Goodbye". It was released back in 2025, but Matthew has since focused on getting this song, "Dreams I Never Caught", out in front of the press and ultimately your ears. ... a deeply moving, cinematic folk ballad laced with lush strings and heartfelt acoustic storytelling. It's a very simplistic track with acoustic storytelling and melancholy, with his vocals rooted seemingly in folk and Americana. The guitar tone offers you some homely feels when listening to this for the first time. I have been recently listening to a lot more folk and roots music in the last few years, and I have to say that this could be one of the most cinematic tracks I've stumbled upon. I absolutely love how cinematic the track sounds in places, with strings helping to add plenty of extra layers to what is already a stunning piece of art. If you're looking to...

Jimi Bennett Band shares the new song, "When Love Walks In"

Atlanta’s own Jimi Bennett Band has recently revealed their cinematic new track, "When Love Walks In". The opening sequence is very '80s stadium rock, mixed with a dash of country-rock tones. Vocally, it is very much in the middle of those two genres, too, sitting comfortably in the Americana rock realm of things. ... a slick and melodic debut single that blends '80s stadium rock with country-rock warmth to deliver an undeniable anthem. It's incredibly melodic and has lots of driving rhythms with pop sensibilities that will certainly help the band reach thousands of people. Now, with this single being their debut, at least according to Spotify, we can see it being a perfect gateway track into their sound. As soon as I heard this for the first time, I instantly thought about heading into their previous tracks, but alas, that's going to have to wait. But if you are near Atlanta or around the area, be sure to have a look at local listings, as I would love to see ...

Hailing from Tetbury, England is RHIC, and his latest single is a dark new track ready for the Halloween season. ... a haunting, cinematic dark-pop masterpiece tailored for the Halloween season! The cinematic single has come out at the perfect time of year, when the nights are drawing in early and the Halloween season is in full swing. Vocally, it's dark and has plenty of dream pop and dark pop textures interweaving amongst one another. Los Angeles indie-pop duo Queen Anne have recently dropped their fantastic and upbeat new single, "Greyhound". Composed of singer-songwriter Katie Silverman and writer-producer Sandy Chila, the new single is incredibly upbeat from the get-go, with a fun acoustic guitar introducing you to the song, and Katie's vocal tones almost beckoning you forwards. ... it's a brilliantly polished indie-pop sensation packed with radio-ready energy and irresistible acoustic hooks. When the chorus comes in, it is one of those insanely well-produced indie pop songs that will be getting you out of your seat and dancing along. It's incredibly radio-friendly, and I can see this easily being their best track to date, easily surpassing their previous track, "BabyGirl", and its 130,000+ plays on Spotify. If there ever was a track to get into Queen Anne with, it would be this. It is a real thrill, and on the first listen alone, I was almost hypnotised by how upbeat, pop-driven,...

Richard Tyler Epperson returns with the new track, "One Thought Away"

Salt Lake City-based singer-songwriter and producer Richard Tyler Epperson has sensationally returned with his bold new single, "One Thought Away." Within the opening sequence, you could easily hear how emotional the song is. With twinkling piano tones and spoken word, it sounds like the sort of track that Coldplay would write back in the day. ... an emotionally charged, boundary-pushing blend of genres wrapped in stunning self-produced indie flair. It seamlessly blends rap, rock, alt-pop, and indie-rock moments together, with the intimate vocals helping you lean into the song with ease. There are punching drums, a slick amount of synths, and bold guitar lines that will have anybody who chooses to listen heading into his back catalogue once the song is finished. I can't get over how well-produced the song is, and considering he did this himself, this is nothing short of astonishing. He is very much an artist who is always pushing the boundaries, and with every release tha...

Malmö-based singer-songwriter Sabina Chantouria has returned with her stunning new single, "Just Hold My Hand". This contemporary new single is her second of the year, following on from her best-performing track to date, "Can't Let You Go". ... an addictively sweet, acoustic-driven single that proves why Sabina Chantouria is one of Sweden's most promising rising voices. We've previously featured Sabina on the website, and for good reason too. As you'll find out on this song, her vocal tones are amazingly sweet. With the acoustic guitar tones on this mixed in with organic percussion, you too will find yourself addicted to the rather simplistic nature of the track. Co-written with composer Stephen Collum, the track blends nostalgic warmth with vocal hooks, and is an intimate track for you to get into her sound with. If you're looking for a rising Swedish singer-songwriter, then look no further. Even though she has been releasing music since 2013, t...

Tom Hartman returns with the strong new cut, "Storm"

Rotterdam singer-songwriter Tom Hartman is back and he has delivered a haunting new track titled "Storm". We've previously had him on the website before, and for good reasons too, but when this song first opened with its jangly guitar tones and moody, almost tribal vocals, I knew that I was going to be really getting stuck into it. ... Tom Hartman blends haunting vocals, jangly guitars, and harmonica in a thunderous track overflowing with rich Americana charm. The artist is still one of those acts that is very much arising within the scene in the Netherlands, but if he keeps on making stuff like this, I'm sure he's going to break borders very quickly. The sheer talent he has is fantastic. With this track especially featuring some thunderous drums and sharp, goodly guitars that really help to bring in his vocals, one thing that I instantly thought of with the opening 10 seconds was how much it sounded like Crowded House and how there was this strong Americana charm...

The Night and The Dirty drops their charismatic new song, "Reflections"

The Night and the Dirty are based out of Seattle, Washington, and the new single from the outfit is their sixth since they started releasing music back in 2025, but it sounds to me like they've been keeping the best close to their chest. Curtis Millen shares the vibrant new song, "Small Stuff"

Belfast-born and Rotterdam-based artist Curtis Millen has today released his incredibly vibrant new single titled "Small Stuff". ... an irresistible blast of soulful, 60s-infused indie energy that demands your immediate attention. One thing that is clear to see from the get-go is how addictive and upbeat it is, with the first 30 seconds being filled with non-stop brass tones, fast-paced guitars, and sexy guitar licks. His vocals are incredibly soulful, with spontaneous vocal moments that reminded me especially of James Brown and all of those acts around that era. It's got a delightful 60s feel to it, but with that modern production helping it shine amongst the rest within the genre. It is such a dynamic single, and way before the halfway point I was finding myself heading into his previous tracks. It is no wonder that his last two singles have accumulated over 150,000 plays between them. He is really starting to hit the nail on the head, and it's just a matter of time...
