Danny Suede shares the sun-kissed new tune, "shadows on the pavement"

Bursting out from Spokane, United States, is Danny Suede, who has recently released his new track titled "shadows on the pavement". The new offering from the American singer-songwriter has already shot to the top of his most popular songs on Spotify, and I can easily tell why from the very first minute. ... a shimmering, uplifting slice of bedroom pop that feels made for sunny days. The opening sequence of the song is a delicate balance of acoustic guitar mixed with his serene vocals and a dash of electronic pulses just to get you all warmed up. For me, the fusion of bedroom pop and alternative pop sounds reminded me of an early Ed Sheeran as he was about to take over the British music scene. With that in mind, it sounds like Danny is also going in that direction. RISE returns with the moving new track, "Talking To Your Ghost Again"

Liverpool-based rock band RISE is back, and they have delivered a deeply moving and personal statement with "Talking To Your Ghost Again". ... a deeply moving, prog-tinged rock tribute packed with soaring vocal harmonies and heartfelt emotion. The new song is a tribute to the late singer Steve Kinley, and right from the outset, you can hear that the song is very emotional. The harmonies on this are incredibly strong, and you can easily hear the guest vocalist stayMellow shining high here, with the tones weaving perfectly amongst the prog rock sounds. It's quite nostalgic in places and has incredibly soaring moments that will elevate you out of your chair and deep within the track's belly. Glasgow, Scotland risers heavyskint deliver a fierce, atmospheric punch with their fourth single, "Headstone". As soon as I saw this track land in my inbox, I knew that I was going to be enjoying it. Even though it was released just a week ago, I probably feel like I am responsible for a good percentage of the overall plays on Spotify. Coming out of Leeds, England, indie rock outfit Tillerman has recently revealed their sun-kissed new track, "Reputation". You can easily hear the Yorkshire accent here. Considering most acts these days tend to hide behind a rather generic Atlantic singing voice, it's really refreshing to hear that they are keeping true to themselves. ... a sun-kissed, 90s-inspired Britpop gem packed with huge choruses and authentic Yorkshire charm. This new single is rooted in 90s Britpop, but it also has a delicate mix of mid-2000s indie rock about it, almost like Oasis and The Kooks have decided to form a superband. It's got that sort of broad appeal. The whole track is anchored by melodic hooks, big choruses, and charming vocals that you could easily be shouting back to the band within just a couple of plays. Coming out with his fourth release since he started dropping music is Singapore-based artist Jasmith. The new track is titled "Faded Zero" and showcases a slick blend of electropop with some synth elements that is sure to get you hooked into the track within the first minute. ... a punchy, 90s-infused electropop anthem that delivers pure resilience through intricate synthcraft. There's plenty of bite within the track, and you can easily hear the details within his empowering message of resilience after receiving setbacks and bouncing back after them. Hailing from Singapore, Firefly Search Party have unleashed their captivating alternative side on "Take A Look". One thing that struck me from the get-go is that they blend male and female vocals together. On the intro alone, I personally have to say that I was hooked into the track. ... a warm and charming blend of folk-tinged indie featuring irresistible dual vocals and authentic Americana flair. The delicate chimes gave way to some melodic vocals that led swiftly into the opening verse, and as soon as those guitars came in, it felt almost Americana at times. Puddler unleashes their epic new cut, "melt"

Based out of Victoria, Canada, three-piece alt-rock outfit Puddler unleashes a thrilling wave of Pacific Northwest guitar energy on their new single, "Melt". The new song is lifted from the forthcoming album Learning to Die, and right from the get-go you could easily hear that 90s grunge influence on it (with the opening guitar sequence alone reminding me a lot of Nirvana). ... a thrilling blend of gritty 90s grunge and noisy shoegaze dexterity that hits with maximum impact. With plenty of blown-out guitars amongst those grunge tones, it has a decent amount of shoegaze dexterity about it, giving it plenty of depth and bite. Even though the track is just over 2.5 minutes long, it is certainly going to be lingering in your head well after it's finished. It is so melodic, so gritty, and has lots of noisy moments that will have your head in a spin, in a good way.
