Danny Suede shares the sun-kissed new tune, "shadows on the pavement"

Bursting out from Spokane, United States, is Danny Suede, who has recently released his new track titled "shadows on the pavement". The new offering from the American singer-songwriter has already shot to the top of his most popular songs on Spotify, and I can easily tell why from the very first minute. ... a shimmering, uplifting slice of bedroom pop that feels made for sunny days. The opening sequence of the song is a delicate balance of acoustic guitar mixed with his serene vocals and a dash of electronic pulses just to get you all warmed up. For me, the fusion of bedroom pop and alternative pop sounds reminded me of an early Ed Sheeran as he was about to take over the British music scene. Interpol reveal video for "The Rover"

Interpol have released the video to powerhouse new single ‘The Rover", taken from forthcoming Dave Fridmann-produced new album "Marauder", which is released August 24th via Matador. The video was shot on-location in Mexico City in June, during a whirlwind journey where Interpol announced their new album via a live-streamed press conference. Paul Banks says: " I like to describe the video for "The Rover" as a prequel. It’s the origin story of the character described in the song, the birth of a cult leader. When we meet him he is partly unhinged. He’s a man on the verge, an artist subjected to great pressures, and beset with existential frustrations. Hailing from Haugesund, Norway, is Mainstreet, and they are back with their brand-new single, "Living by the Sword". ... a highway-ready, 80s-inspired soft-rock anthem dripping with heartland charm and Springsteen-level warmth. Having come out on the Friday just gone, this new song delivers a real, authentic 1980s hook with plenty of vibes that seem like they were perfectly designed for your road-tripping needs. With a strong guitar solo dotted throughout the track, you would not have expected this song to be recorded in a home studio, but rather in a studio in Nashville, Tennessee. Washington, DC-based artist Joe Caruso is back with his delightfully addictive track, "Waiting on the Wind." The new single from Joe is his fifth of the year, and it starts off with a charming guitar sound before some organic percussion comes in to warm things up. ... Joe Caruso blends warm acoustic rock with Americana, Country and Latino touches for a beautifully laid-back listen. As soon as his vocals hit your ears, you know that you'll be sticking around for the long haul on this one, with the song seemingly getting better as every second goes by. There are some tremendous moments within the song, with some sliding guitars in the background later on giving you this subtle Americana vibe hidden amongst the acoustic rock-pop tones. Co.LeGa drops the new single, "you.Love"

Based out of Poland is independent artist-producer Co.LeGa, and his quirky new single has recently dropped. Titled "you.Love", it's a quirky blend of rhythms and dark synths, with plenty of atmospheric textures that remind me of the sounds of Moby, all the way to more experimental sounds that the likes of Thom Yorke and Grimes are known for, and everything in between. ... a genre-bending Polish gem that trades predictable choruses for atmospheric, high-octane synth perfection. I personally loved the breakdown of the keyboard tones, which replaced a regular chorus section, which also, for me at least, gives the track plenty more bite and oomph. The cinematic and atmospheric backing vocals on this also helped me lean into the track way faster than I would expect. Who would have thought that such a vibrant track would come from an artist based in Poland? Bursting out of the English music scene is Fever Dream Kills, and the band have recently dropped their fourth single, "Gone by Sunrise". These efforts have got them over 60,000 Spotify streams. This song is a very bold track with a charming entrance of jangly and upbeat guitar tones that are shortly followed by some captivating vocals. ... the band blend jangly indie pop with late-2000s indie-rock energy to create a seriously addictive anthem. All anchored in with some strong female tones, the track steadily builds up before bursting into a very acoustically led chorus with plenty of soaring backing vocals that sound almost like a gospel choir in places. The track does a fantastic job at blending contemporary indie pop sensibilities with a bit of that indie rock edge that a lot of people are loving these days. M & J release a strong new song, "NOT A LOVE SONG"

Bondi, Australia’s M & J have been on quite the journey this year, releasing a wide variety of songs since the year started. ... a short and soulful slice of Australian warm-retro pop packing radio-ready hooks and standout vocals. This is the kind of artist who has released upwards of 20 tracks, and it may be a bit overwhelming for some, but don't worry, we're here with the cream of the crop, the best of the bunch. This offering was released earlier in the year in May but has since landed in my inbox, and I have been enjoying it thoroughly ever since. The track is under 3 minutes long and is filled with plenty of soulful tones, retro warmth, and a vocal hook that reminds me of Sampha and Rag'n'Bone Man. This track is filled with plenty of radio-friendly elements, and it has since gone on to be one of his best-performing tracks to date, with over 15,000 plays on Spotify alone. Gravité Fresq unveils their new dark-pop cut, "Hypocrisy Loop."

Dublin-based project Gravité Fresq is back with their new dark pop single, "Hypocrisy Loop". It is absolutely stunning, with nostalgic synthwave moments that remind me of the 1980s scene, and even the production values on this sound rather analogue in places, giving it that extra nostalgic bite. ... Gravité Fresq channel the analogue glow of the 1980s into an addictive slice of dark pop. I also loved the vocals on this, reminding me a lot of Pet Shop Boys in places, but with even more direct tones. The groove and drumbeat on this is really addictive, and it shows that this band is steering their way into many more people's heads. With now seven tracks out in the world, this act is certainly on fire with the content that they are dropping.
