SAMSARA. drop their big new tune, "IN TOO DEEP"

Coming out of New York is the brilliant and stunning SAMSARA., and the band have recently dropped their big new tune, "IN TOO DEEP". The quintet have a sound that can rival any of the big alt-rock bands that are currently dominating the worldwide music scene, and based off this track they're going to be the next big guitar band to emerge from NY since the likes of The Strokes and Interpol. ... based off this track they're going to be the next big guitar band to emerge from NY since the likes of The Strokes and Interpol The pacing of the track is great, and even from the get-go there is a somewhat danceable backline that'll no doubt have you tapping your feet. The guitar sounds on "IN TOO DEEP" are so infectious, a blend of post-punk and alt-rock with the perfect amount of fuzz to give it more depth. Vocally strong too, you have to admire this emerging band for the smooth vocal approach to the track and its clean melodies.

DEV!NE shares the sensational new single, "The Golden Funeral"

Based out of Manchester is DEV!NE, and just last week saw the outfit release the new single, "The Golden Funeral". The track is the third to be released by DEV!NE since the start of the year, and if you ask me he's save the best for now! ... listen to this before it's everywhere! Within the first two seconds you're already deep within the track with a gorgeously deep bassline backed up with dreamy licks of guitar. The single gets better as the seconds tick by with the vocals seemingly sounding like the cream of the crop from the 1980s. When the chorus kicks in it becomes more of an indie-rock anthem with a more prominent guitar and of course, the vocals get kicked up a notch too. For me this track was a blast to listen to on the first listen, and I've even personally headed back into the track since writing the draft of this article. Plastic Heart drop their second-ever single, "Tension"

Last year saw Plastic Heart drop their debut track, "Giver of Stars", and since then they've headed back into the studio to craft the follow-up. Today sees the band drop the new cut, "Tension", and let me kick things off by saying, 'this is well worth the wait'. well worth the wait The atmospheric guitar at the start gives me chills and big throwback sounds to the early 2010's when those guitar sounds were everywhere. Vocally it's a blend of charismatic and bold with super melodic sounds heard in the backing vocals helping to assist the track into those upper reaches of the atmosphere. I know I've banged on a bit with how huge the track sounds, but when you fall in love with a track inside of the first 100 seconds you know it's more than love, it's fate.

Lorcan O'Rourke reveals his strong new single, "Pour Me Another One"

Rising out of the scene over in County Offaly in Ireland is Lorcan O'Rourke and his new single, "Pour Me Another One", is now out! One thing that's very clear from the get-go is his raw vocals and how they just roll effortlessly into your ears. A track that'll effortlessly roll into your ears and get you hooked. The sound on offer is rather Country mixed with his own Acoustic twist, add in a dash of synths too and what that does is seemingly elevate the track from others in the genre. He's been playing the guitar since the age of 7, and as far as we know singing rather well since then too! The energetic track is filled with moments that'll have you stomping your feet, be it the drumbeat or the infectious bassline. The single is already his third release of the year following on from a single and a live EP, and we feel that O'Rourke definitely will be dropping more high-quality tunes, so join in with his journey! Lips of Strangers reveals the dreamy new offering, "Motion"

Bursting out of New Jersey in the USA is Lips of Strangers with their dreamy and synthy new cut, "Motion". If you're looking for a hazy vocal that is adorned with effects lifted from the 1980s then this track may just be your dream come true. This'll be sure to give you chills! Teh sweeping sounds heard on "Motion" are amazing and seemingly fade in and out of the track giving you chills on the back of your head. The bassline and lead guitar on this track alone would be able to convince me alone to give this track a try, but when the track is this full-on you don't need it. I found myself vibing so damn hard when the main guitar came in at the two minute mark, and if you're not on board by then you need to check yourself as this is one of the funkiest drops I've heard in this genre for ages!
