Carl Barât has subliminally confirmed The Libertines will reunite for a show at London's Hyde Park - after recently suggesting that fans ''keep the 5th July free.''

The Libertines co-frontman is reported to have told Gigslutz that it is now "very much a possibility" that the band will reform.

Talking of the potentional reunion during his recent DJ set at Ladbroke Grove's KPH, Barât allegedly said ''keep 5th July free'', after being pushed for a live show date.

Speculation amongst fans was first initiated over the weekend after a status saying, ‘Albion?’ was shared on the band’s official Facebook page.

The possibility of The Libertines reforming was then made even more likely after an image of Hyde Park was also posted on the London bands social media site.

Carl Barâts comments follow a series of reunion implications from fellow frontman Pete Doherty.
