This weekend we went on down to the annual Underground Festival in Gloucester, and it was rammed with the best bands of tomorrow, opening the Sunday festivities on the main-stage was Nothing But Thieves, a band that we've previously posted about on the site and so when they took to the stage we were expecting big things. How we were wrong...
They blew us away, absolutely amazing, they played song songs that sound like they were written for stadiums, especially the one we're banging on about. "Wake Up Call" is the latest track to be streamed from their latest EP and from the off it's got a sense of urgency about it, rushing guitars, crashing symbols and the gorgeous vocals. He really does sound like the perfect blend between Matt Bellamy's falsetto and Thom Yorke's. It's a short and sweet song that will be making you wanting more!
