Track of the week... Wonder Wonder - Body Gold

Wonder Wonder are a duo that are simply, well are wonder(ful), bad pun I know. But the band of two have set themselves a big task, to release one song every month for the next twelve months. So the first of them dropped today, with less than 100 followers on soundcloud they're relatively un-touched and un-discovered as far as new music goes.

We can not go into detail about the band's identity, but all we can divulge is that it's a Male and a Female, both on vocal duties and production. The track has a distinct mood of love, as the opening few lyrics - "Before you came round, my heart would never beat much faster, before you came round I was ready to settle down" - the duel-vocals just are perfect, with the high-tone and delicate vocals from the girl and the deep, smooth, baritone-esque vocals from the gentleman, the simple sounds behind their voices too are brilliant. With clicks, twitches of electronic noise, simple but effective drums and some Alt-J sounding beats. File this right next to Alt-J, Pixel Fix and London Grammar.

Their next release is on the 1st of October!
