Elephant Talk has recently dropped his brand new track "It's Not Really Over". The project is a the solo work of Courtney Askew-Conti, and if you're familiar with the name he's been on this site a few years back with his other bands.
The dreamy come psychedelic track was premiered by BBC Introducing Beds, Herts and Bucks earlier on in the year and since then worked its way into our hearts.
Speaking about the song Courtney says - " ... "It's Not Really Over" was inspired by watching tons of Blue Planet and the music of The Avalanches and Beach Fossils, "It’s Not Really Over" is an ode to self doubt and perseverance - written during the peak of the lockdown."
Having had an upbringing which saw him surrounded by music and instruments, Courtney is one of those artists who does everything himself, write, produce and record. "It's Not Really Over" is a fantastic tracks that showcases everything Askew-Conti does, and once you listen to it you too would've fallen in love with his dreamy vibes.
