Nick - Aka, Lost Club - is back with his new summer bop, "Alone", which is his first outing of 2021 following on from releasing a trio of singles back in 2020. Much like his previous singles his vocals are just as hazy, all wrapped up in glorious indie-pop elements, fast drum patterns combined with twinkling guitar tones that you might find in The Smiths' repertoire.
The outfit is Nick's own effort and combines influences such as The 1975, Last Dinosaurs, and MGMT all together to deliver the listener a fantastic slice of sun-kissed music. If you like upbeat tracks that sound like they should have a music video with blue skies and pristine sand then "Alone" is one of those you need to check out, and ultimately fall in love with.
