Lévyne releases stunning new single, "I Don't Think It's Me"

Today (April 1st 2022) sees Lévyne release her brand new single,"I Don't Think It's Me". Hailing out of Auckland in New Zealand she is rising up at the moment, and after the first play of this song, we knew why! The new offering is Lévyne's first release since 2021's "Losing Sleep" and is a strong return to form.

"I Don't Think It's Me" is a melting pot of whirling sounds, and Lévyne has really made a track to be proud of.

The huge electronic sections are a big reason why this track has the atmosphere it has and combined with some shimmering tones (that sound like glockenspiels) it's a cross between dark-pop and ethereal synth-pop.

"I Don't Think It's Me" for me sounds a bit like Grimes mixed with Purity Ring, but with the attitude of Naked and the Famous' debut album. One thing is for sure,  "I Don't Think It's Me" is a melting pot of whirling sounds, and Lévyne (along with her long time collaborator Harry Charles) has really made a track to be proud of.

Funded by NZ on Air ad backed up by a strong batch of Spotify playlisters it sounds like Lévyne is going to be around for a long time!
