As fresh as a loaf of bread from the bakery today we have Jackson Watson on the site and he's unveiled his vibrant new single, "Eye Candy". The new single is his first release since his debut album "Kaleidoscope" came out in 2021 and sounds like a big step from the Alabama based singer-songwriter.
"Eye Candy" is a stunning example of sun-kissed psych-pop blended with funk and soul tones.
Coming in at under three minutes long this single has a lot of protentional to be played over and over again, and with the sweet soulful vocals draped over reverbed guitar tones it'll be one his his top 5 tracks of all time I'm sure of it.
Speaking about the new single Jackson mentions - "It tells the story of meeting someone on an island and ultimately falling in love with their every move. The song is inspired by tracks like "Patience" (Tame Impala), "Watermelon Sugar" (Harry Styles), and "Losing You" (Boy Pablo)."
