Japanese outfit Seesaw Seagull drops new tune, "The Myth of Summer"

Hailing all the way from Tokyo in Japanese we've got Seesaw Seagull with their anthemic new tune, "The Myth of Summer", and instantly as soon as you play the tune it reminds you of something that Foo Fighters would write it's that thrilling.
... as soon as you play the tune it reminds you of something that Foo Fighters would write it's that thrilling ... by the sound of it you'd be forgiven to think that this is a full band as the sound is so wholesome and captivating.

Seesaw Seagull is the solo project of Kaito Tada, who has been active since 2022 - but by the sound of it you'd be forgiven to think that this is a full band as the sound is so wholesome and captivating. Influenced by a lot of guitar bands, mainly indie-rock and alt-rock acts it's clear to see why European ears are now tuning into his music.

As far as the project goes it's still early days, but with a handful of Spotify curators playlisting Seesaw Seagull the hype is starting to build, especially now that this amazing new single is out for everyone to wrap their ears around his new release.

The track is out now and is backed up with a b-side titled "Crazy for the Summer".
