Lapels return with the thrilling new tune, "Digging For Gold"

Released less than two weeks ago "Digging for Gold" is Lapels fantastic new single, and is their first studio single since 2021's "The life and Times". The trio has already surpassed the 10k play mark on Spotify, and when you smash that play button you too will understand why.

It's nothing short of three and a half minutes of pure indie-rock thrill

The Nottingham band opens up the song with a charging guitar line with cascading drums that fills up every crevasse of your ears. Next comes the anthemic vocals that can rival the likes of The Sherlocks, Catfish and the Bottlemen and even The Courteeners in terms of hooks.

The track is laced with lots of chunky guitar hooks, so much so that it seemingly has more hooks than a fishing supply shop. It's nothing short of three and a half minutes of pure indie-rock thrill, if you're looking for an exciting new band with consistent bangers then Lapels are for you.
