Swedish alt-pop duo glashus have today shared their debut English language single, "Cry Wolf", which comes off the back of a string of single releases and an EP release in 2022. The previous tracks was all in their native tongue of Swedish and this is their first outing in the English language.
"Cry Wolf" is a big teaser of what's to come from this rising Swedish alt-pop duo.
Much like every Swedish artist before them this single is flipping beautiful, as you're welcomed in with gentle electronic noises and angelic vocals. The track is a wonderful mix of alt-pop and the kind of music Grimes use to make before she went mainstream. If you could compare them to another band it would be CHVRCHES for the vocals and Grimes for the levels of production.
Consiting of artist/songwriter/producer iönä & producer/songwriter Mattias Norén they're on the rise, and now with an English release out I'm sure they'll get plenty more fans in the coming months.
