Hailing from Des Moines, IA is Tiffany Kintzer and just yesterday saw the singer-songwriter release the new version of her single, "Nineteen". The original version of the song was (and still is) very dreamy with a folk-leaning tone to it and washed-out guitars that are drenched in glimmering sunshine.
... if you want a dreamy electronic track to fade away with then this is the one!
The new version is a remix of the song by Alan George and he's put a more electronic spin on the song helping to elevate it even higher than before.
The chorus especially feels more ethereal and anthemic with some deep-house vibes thrown in for good measure. It honestly feels like it could be a set opener for DJs out in clubs when the sun is going down, with this new version having a strong 'dusk' feel to it with the horns adding more depth towards the latter half.
It's by no means an improvement but more a companion to the original, both are stunning in their own way - but if you want a dreamy electronic track to fade away with then this is the one!
