Small Black Arrows drop their soulful and funky new tune, "Trojan Horse"

Following on from their fantastic single, "The British Museum", is the slick new offering from Small Black Arrows titled "Trojan Horse". With lots of praise from the likes of BBC Introducing we went back into the sounds of the  Llandovery and Manchester-based act with huge expectations, and they didn't disappoint.

Expansive, funky alt-pop with a modern twist.

The tune starts off with some incredibly expansive drums and some funky guitar tones, with some smooth vocals coming in shortly after. As the track goes on you start to warm up to it and by the time the chorus comes in you'll be like butter melting, all soft and warm.

Vocally as I mentioned earlier it's very soulful and reminds me a lot of The Black Keys and Talking Heads in places mixed with the twanging nature of Foals, and that comes true especially when the track drops around the time the final third of the track comes.
