Solemn Golem reveals his nostalgic new single, "The Saviour Won't Be Square (Dressed For Destruction pt. I)"

Hailing from Finland is Solemn Golem and just last month the singer-songwriter revealed his nostalgic new single, "The Saviour Won't Be Square (Dressed For Destruction pt. I)".

The fabulously long-titled single literally comes out of the blocks like sprinters for the 100m race at the Olympics, the fast-paced drums help to get the track moving, and quickly after the arena-friendly guitar sounds echo throughout.
Very nostalgic, with guitar tones sounding almost like The Edge himself wrote them!

Speaking about the song Solem Golem says - "The lyrics take a jab at the ultimate bad guys of the ’80s—the yuppies, with their striking haircuts and perfect white smiles."

The nostalgic track sounds like it's been lifted right out of the mid to late 80s, with guitar tones sounding almost like The Edge himself wrote them. Vocally he sits in the same realm as the likes of Sam Fender with some deeper-toned sounds, but with enough charisma to get you singing along..

With the single being filled with swirling guitars it's borderline addictive, so be warned - this may just be the gateway track into your new favourite rock act.
