Leazes releases their sun-kissed new single, "Sun's Out"

Hailing from Newcastle-upon-Tyne is Leazes, and the rising quintet has recently released their slick new single, "Sun's Out". Speaking of the new tune, lead singer Joe King mentions - " ... It’s about chasing sunsets, forming new connections, and soaking up every carefree moment with the ones that mean the most."
... a sun-soaked indie anthem bursting with nostalgic guitar energy and Geordie charm—built for festival stages and sunset chases alike.

Almost in an instant, you're deep into the song with a bursting intro that'll have you hooked. It's drenched in guitar tones that remind me of my late teenage years seeing The Kooks, Courteeners and The Maccabees. I also loved that the vocalist sings in their local dialect; see the likes of Maximo Park for reference.

The sheer amount of sun-kissed sounds on this track makes it perfect for this time of year, a true festival powerhouse of a song with vocals that can get even the most stubborn of festival goers to get jumping up and down. Be sure to get on this song asap, and go see them if you can!
