Aylesbury-based artist Shockpowder has today released his new single, "Reverse", and to be it sounds like he's channelling his inner Radiohead with this one.

The song sounds very vulnerable with his vocals, especially showing some fragility in places, but it was on the second play I started to notice that there was a big early-Radiohead vibe about this song. His vocals have the same range as Thom Yorke, and even with the guitars dropping down a tone in the choruses, I had that mid-90s sound swirling around my head.
"Reverse" is incredibly solid and follows on from a rather successful campaign back in 2024 that saw him release an album, with it being followed by a quartet of new singles. Shockpowder is going to win you over, so get ready!
