Paris-based band Blues Corner earlier on this month released their big new tune, "Piggy Bank Blues".
It's their second song of the year and continues along with their sound, which is one that honestly feels like it was cherry-picked out of the 1950s scene in the USA. The new song from the duo is a raw, bluesy effort with some gritty sounds thrown in for good measure.
... a gritty, guitar-driven blues rock gem that channels vintage 1950s energy with a modern Parisian edge.
I personally loved the vibrant bursts of guitar that are within the song, and not forgetting the honest vocal tones that seemingly dance with the piano keys, intertwining themselves into one and ultimately getting melodies stuck right into your head.
BLUES CORNER sounds like a band to watch in the European blues rock scene, and with this song now out, you may just need to keep an eye on them.
