The Shrubs share their surf-inspired track, "Fall Behind"

By no means is this the first time The Shrubs have adorned our ears, and we're pleased to say that the band have recently shared their surf-inspired track, "Fall Behind". The second song of the year (and second also since their most recent album) is a thrilling hazy ride into some lo-fi and more dreamier sounds.

... a dreamy, surf-inspired indie ride blending hazy nostalgia with bright, upbeat guitars.

The upbeat percussion really helps bring this track to life, and with the addition of the bright guitar tones gives it more of a surf vibe, with styles that range from The Beach Boys all the way to the likes of British cult band JAWS and Canadian outfit Alvvays.

It's a warm and charming slice of nostalgia too, with this almost feeling like a time capsule to a time that most long for.  This track is once more showcasing The Shrubs' willingness to experiment and grow, so be sure to stick this on repeat as soon as you hear it!
