The track is incredibly cinematic, with vocal tones that even range from the likes of Arcade Fire to Blondie, with some soulful backing vocals giving "Cordelia" buckets of brilliance.
Musically speaking, it's very alt-rock with a smattering of soul-rock sounds that will surely get into your brain like an earworm. I personally enjoyed the horns dotted throughout the track, and with the aforementioned vocal performance added to the mix, it had us hooked from the first play.
