Today sees the indie punk quartet, 37 Houses, return with their new offering, "Eye For an Eye". The new cut is the first slice of music since their 2025 EP, "Strangers", came out back in late October, not a long wait by any means, but this is a great reminder of why the Californian band are making waves.

It's a track that sounds rather rooted in its influences, with a massive wash of '90s rock mixed with some pop-punk guitar tones, all wrapped up in a radio-friendly alt-rock backing. It's really cohesive, and I especially loved the breakdown after the midway point, stripped back to percussion, reminding me somewhat of The Cranberries, even.
This sounds like the kind of track you'd love to listen to for the first time more than once, as it'll blow you away with the soaring vocals, especially towards the end.
