The track kicks off with a cinematic opening that reminded me very specifically of the synthy sounds in some Final Fantasy 7 cut-scenes. With that somewhat unique moment passing, her vocals come in, and it becomes more of an experimental pop track filled with mesmerising electronic moments, sweeping sounds, finger snaps and a subtle addition of nostalgic beats.
It's so incredibly moody, cinematic and ethereal all at the same time. Ana is a real gem in the scene in London, with this song no doubt going to fuel her year with excitement. If I were you and had a chance to see her perform live, I wouldn't think twice. A perfect example of alternative pop that feels both modern and timeless.
