The Subways have announced that they will release their third studio album in mid September. This explosive track is taken from their forthcoming album ‘Money and Celebrity’ which was recorded and produced by UK producer Stephen Street (Blur/The Smiths/Kaiser Chiefs) at Sofa Sound studios London. To set an example of the bands intent for this album ‘It’s A Party’, mashes their first album’s melodic immediacy with the 2nds energetic rock power. The band penned this track specifically for the live & festival stage, and it’s a deliberate move to play to the band’s strength as a ferociously explosive live act.
The band finished a long UK tour in Portsmouth and are set to preview their new material across a series of festival appearances in mainland Europe. The only UK festival the band are presently scheduled to appear at is the Rhythms Of The World Festival in Hertfordshire, and of which tickets are still avaliable and are unlikely to sell out as of yet, if they don't you can go down on the day for less than £10 for an adult!
