Coming out of the South West of the UK (Newport, Wales and Dorset to be exact) is an exciting new act LOWMEN. They've released a couple of EPs since forming, with their latest titled "Countertransference" coming out back in the summer of 2022.
with a good tempo, infectious licks of guitars, and cowbells it's right up anyone's street who loves addictive alt-pop.
Their new release is a single and acts as a big teaser of things to come from the alt-rock outfit. "Secret" does not mess about as it gets going almost instantly, you're welcomed into the track with slightly fuzzy guitars with organic percussion and dreamy vocals.
Their sounds reminds me of Darwin Deez mixed with The Beach Boys with a dash of psychedelia to give it that quirky edge. The single is very intriguing and kept me hooked right until the very end, with a good tempo, infectious licks of guitars, and cowbells it's right up anyone's street who loves addictive alt-pop.
