London-based singer-songwriter Blair Dunlop has today just shared his upbeat new single, "Let's Get Out of the City". The new single is lifted from his forthcoming fifth album - due out later this year - and has certainly spiked our interest in his smooth Americana sounds.

Even from the get-go the track kicks off with a frantic drumbeat, which gives the listener a perfect spinnet into the rest of the song, and considering he's over a million streams on Spotify I think he knows how to write a catchy tune (let alone an intro!).
The tempo of "Let's Get Out of the City" is straight-up indie-pop as you'll be dancing your toes off to it, but when you factor in the vocal tones it's more leaning towards Country-style genres. But, there is one thing I'll have to say is that this is the type of track that'll easily get new fans delving deep into his deep cuts!
