Coming out of the big scene down in London is the equally big-sounding band, The Hinterland, and the trio have not too long ago dropped their new track, "Bullet Proof". The new single also acts as the lead track of the EP with four other tracks giving it a solid runtime of just under 20 minutes (perfect for a live show in fact!).

The piano-lead intro gives some strong early Coldplay and Radiohead vibes with some tender vocals rolling in shortly thereafter that will surely send shivers down your spine. The track is also lifted from their forthcoming album - due out in July - and will no doubt go a long way in getting you excited for the incoming release.
The chorus is very nostalgic for me with hints of Animal Kingdom and even Muse (for the vocals), and considering that the record is entirely written, recorded, produced and mixed by the band it just goes to show that you don't need to be signed to release cracking alt-rock music that can captivate crowds in their thousands.
