Yes, this is indeed a solo project, and even on the intro, it sounds so huge, huge enough that this sounds like a tight four-piece outfit performing in a live setting, as it's so cohesive. Gavin Davies is the brains of the project and this new song was produced alongside Dave Oliffe at Giant Audio Studios, with it blending crisp guitar lines, tight rhythms, synthy moments and emotive vocals.
What this track does is it showcases his sheer skill, and if this is just one song off the full-length album, then we feel a listen to the whole release is a must at the very least. With strong radio play and playlist traction in the bag he is looking to make a name on his local scene and beyond.
