Tony Frissore releases the genre-blurring new track, "Island Lantern Festival"

Cleveland producer Tony Frissore is back with his new offering, "Island Lantern Festival", the second of the year, following on from the impressive cut, "Four Walls".

... a genre-blurring reggae-ska groove bursting with vibrant guitars, thick bass, and adventurous, feel-good energy.

The new track from the Cleveland artist reminds me a lot of Grolliaz in places, with a delightfully vibrant and bouncy lick fo guitar, almost offering up some ska flavours to proceedings. The fact that Tony can pull off several major genres being blended all into one track is nothing short of stunning.

The Ska-come-Reggae guitar lick for me is amazing; paired off with some panpipes and a thick bass, it really opens up your senses and encourages you to delve into the track headfirst. If you've not dabbled much out of your comfort zone as of late, make this the track to do it with; it's a celebration of sounds that are sure to get you invested.
