Danny Suede shares the sun-kissed new tune, "shadows on the pavement"

Bursting out from Spokane, United States, is Danny Suede, who has recently released his new track titled "shadows on the pavement". The new offering from the American singer-songwriter has already shot to the top of his most popular songs on Spotify, and I can easily tell why from the very first minute. ... a shimmering, uplifting slice of bedroom pop that feels made for sunny days. The opening sequence of the song is a delicate balance of acoustic guitar mixed with his serene vocals and a dash of electronic pulses just to get you all warmed up. For me, the fusion of bedroom pop and alternative pop sounds reminded me of an early Ed Sheeran as he was about to take over the British music scene. With that in mind, it sounds like Danny is also going in that direction. Interpol reveal video for "The Rover"

Interpol have released the video to powerhouse new single ‘The Rover", taken from forthcoming Dave Fridmann-produced new album "Marauder", which is released August 24th via Matador. The video was shot on-location in Mexico City in June, during a whirlwind journey where Interpol announced their new album via a live-streamed press conference. Paul Banks says: " I like to describe the video for "The Rover" as a prequel. It’s the origin story of the character described in the song, the birth of a cult leader. Hailing from Haugesund, Norway, is Mainstreet, and they are back with their brand-new single, "Living by the Sword". ... a highway-ready, 80s-inspired soft-rock anthem dripping with heartland charm and Springsteen-level warmth. Having come out on the Friday just gone, this new song delivers a real, authentic 1980s hook with plenty of vibes that seem like they were perfectly designed for your road-tripping needs. The Race are back with their emotional new offering, "Family Tree". The new track from the Reading outfit is their third of the year and is a fantastic snapshot into their sound. ... a triumphant comeback anthem lacing 90s Brit-rock nostalgia with crunchy, shoegaze-drenched guitars and personal heart. The new single is a part of their brand-new EP titled "Family", and it turns a conversation between vocalist Dan and his son into a very guitar-driven anthem that anyone listening to it can relate to. It's got plenty of crunchy guitar hooks with an abundance of shoegaze draped over it for good measure. Delta Fire return with the emotive new song, "The Worst of Everything"

Hailing from Glasgow is the alt-rock four-piece Adiltifier, and they are back with their brand-new track, "The Worst of Everything". The powerful new song is their fourth single since forming and has a big whiff of the 1990s about it. ... a colossal, arena-ready Glaswegian anthem that fuses 90s Oasis guitar riffs with raw, grunge-drenched emotion. There are some hints and nods, perhaps to Manic Street Preachers with their vocal approaches, alongside some massive guitar elements that could easily be lifted from an Oasis track. The subtle grunge grit on their track is fantastic, and it really helps to bring more layers into the song. Coming in at nearly 5 minutes long, this is a massive effort from the Glaswegian outfit, and for me, it is going to be standing there as one of the best tracks they've released to date. Summerhouse drops the hit tune, "Burn All Night"

London-based project Summerhouse drops their second-ever single, "Burn All Night". The follow-up to their debut single "All I Know" is a sonically charged dream-pop song with plenty of electronic soundscapes flowing throughout. ... a hypnotic, Hackney-bred hit of dream-pop and synth-driven electronics that signals a bright future for East London's newest prospect. It's got plenty of synth-pop features with some arpeggiated synths, cascading drum patterns, and a smattering of guitar hooks to really give it that edge. The Hackney music scene has always been known to produce some great underground artists, and considering that his debut single was released just last month, Summerhouse is certainly making a name for himself. It's hypnotic, addictive, and has lots of textures for you to get your teeth stuck into. M & J release a strong new song, "NOT A LOVE SONG"

Bondi, Australia’s M & J have been on quite the journey this year, releasing a wide variety of songs since the year started. ... a short and soulful slice of Australian warm-retro pop packing radio-ready hooks and standout vocals. This is the kind of artist who has released upwards of 20 tracks, and it may be a bit overwhelming for some, but don't worry, we're here with the cream of the crop, the best of the bunch. This offering was released earlier in the year in May but has since landed in my inbox, and I have been enjoying it thoroughly ever since. The track is under 3 minutes long and is filled with plenty of soulful tones, retro warmth, and a vocal hook that reminds me of Sampha and Rag'n'Bone Man. This track is filled with plenty of radio-friendly elements, and it has since gone on to be one of his best-performing tracks to date, with over 15,000 plays on Spotify alone. Co.LeGa drops the new single, "you.Love"

Based out of Poland is independent artist-producer Co.LeGa, and his quirky new single has recently dropped. Titled "you.Love", it's a quirky blend of rhythms and dark synths, with plenty of atmospheric textures that remind me of the sounds of Moby, all the way to more experimental sounds that the likes of Thom Yorke and Grimes are known for, and everything in between. ... a genre-bending Polish gem that trades predictable choruses for atmospheric, high-octane synth perfection. I personally loved the breakdown of the keyboard tones, which replaced a regular chorus section, which also, for me at least, gives the track plenty more bite and oomph. The cinematic and atmospheric backing vocals on this also helped me lean into the track way faster than I would expect. Who would have thought that such a vibrant track would come from an artist based in Poland? I myself only know the scene in Poland for its quirky and unique disco polo and whatever I hear on Eurovision – even thoug...
