I've had a full day off preparing for this monumental song. And it has lived up to its billing. his is the first new Foals track that we have heard in a while. The band released some demos (ish) from the new album, "Total Life Forever", last year and they also played some new songs at a Day Trotter way back in 2008. But this is a new track titled 'Spanish Sahara', I also hear that there is a remix floating around of the song so this is a potential single.
The lead single has been announced as 'The Orient' which will be released a week before the album on May 3. At the beginning you might not think you're listening to a track by Foals but the slow pace quickly builds up until the song unleashes what its been hiding since the beginning.
