SAMSARA. drop their big new tune, "IN TOO DEEP"

Coming out of New York is the brilliant and stunning SAMSARA., and the band have recently dropped their big new tune, "IN TOO DEEP". The quintet have a sound that can rival any of the big alt-rock bands that are currently dominating the worldwide music scene, and based off this track they're going to be the next big guitar band to emerge from NY since the likes of The Strokes and Interpol. ... based off this track they're going to be the next big guitar band to emerge from NY since the likes of The Strokes and Interpol The pacing of the track is great, and even from the get-go there is a somewhat danceable backline that'll no doubt have you tapping your feet. The guitar sounds on "IN TOO DEEP" are so infectious, a blend of post-punk and alt-rock with the perfect amount of fuzz to give it more depth. Vocally strong too, you have to admire this emerging band for the smooth vocal approach to the track and its clean melodies.

Benjamin Rajani reveals the intimate new track, "Mánakvøld"

Coming out of the music scene in Copenhagen is Benjamin Rajani with his new single, "Mánakvøld." Translated into "Monday" and "Moon Night" the name of the track is rather fitting, as this new single sounds like the perfect track to ease into the week with, and also for chilling out to. ... a sublime track to sink into no matter what The song is in Faroese (a language from the Faroe Islands) and even though I know a couple of European languages sadly I'm not too familiar with this one, but I can easily tell you that there's plenty of emotion behind it. You can easily hear the raw tones of Benjamin here in full force and backed up with clean percussion and dreamy guitar tones it's a great way to enter the world of Benjamin Rajani on a more intimate level., It's equally relaxing, ethereal, raw and dreamy—a sublime track to sink into no matter what the time of day. Get ready for Weathership's epic new album, "Splendid Beast"

Spoiler warning... Get ready for Weathership's epic new album, "Splendid Beast", as this is a nine-track collection of tracks that'll be sure to get you hooked on their sound. The whole album is a concept that takes the listener on an exploration of life’s greatest duality, fear and love - with that in mind lets head right in and get stuck into the first trio of tracks. The Teeside-based quintet did not hang about one bit with the first track on the album "Golden Age", as it's one incredibly atmospheric affair with over a minute of sonic sounds interwoven with guitar sounds that are kissed with reverb. Vocally it's very dark and showcases the band perfectly if you ask me. The following two tracks "The Blue" and "Through The Fog" go into a different direction with the former sounding almost like a Wild Beasts song with the percussion and charming bassline seemingly seducing me in an instant. Spillway shares their stunning new single, "Honest Song"

Coming out of Woodstock in New York State is Spillway with their raw new single, "Honest Song". The charming new cut is in collaboration with Calica, and if this is what happens when these two acts come together then we need a full-on album as it's simply gorgeous. simply gorgeous Vocally it's one of the most tender things I've heard recently, and when you're deep in the song you half forget that this is a sub-three-minute cut as you're seemingly taken away from reality and are immersed. The instrumentation on "Honest Song" is very simplistic in nature, but incredibly effective. The acoustic guitar is at the forefront of the single, with a sliding country-sounding tone wallowing away in the background which adds more depth and flavour to the song. Also mixed into the song are some haunting backing vocals, and with goosebumps left on your skin you'll certainly be heading to the playlist this track in a heartbeat when it's finished. The be...

Coming out of the LA scene is The Afro Nick and his debut single, "Get There Before Noon (LA mix)" - I say debut as it appears to be the only track on Spotify. ... a vibrant fusion of indie, alternative, and psychedelic rock As soon as we enter the track, we're greeted by his warm and embracing sound, pulling us into its unique atmosphere immediately. There's a very art-rock-sounding guitar with some angular tones; combine that with his direct, emotive vocals, and the track starts to work its way deeply into your conscious. It's quite psychedelic in places too, and when the chorus comes it elevates the track even more with cascading drums, expansive guitar solos, and a euphoric sense of melody that lingers long after the music fades. The Sunmills reveals the chunky new tune, "Rock and Roll"

The Sunmills are based out of Utah, and the band has recently dropped their chunky new tune, "Rock and Roll". Now, with a title like that, it has to be a minimum belter, and the lads have not let us down on that front. ... Queen flair meets 90s grit in glorious style. Right from the start, it has that feel that you're going to be vibing hard with it, and the vocals alone got us feeling that way. It's very Queen but with a modern twist to it, with the pacing of the song ensuring that you could happily dance to this on the very first listen. Add in some 90s rock tones to proceedings later into the track and what you have is a song that feels equally fresh and yet nostalgic at the same time. Based out of London is Lazyboysadgirl, and not too long ago, the act unveiled their atmospheric new single, " Floating ". ... dreamy guitars and lo-fi charm, an ethereal bedroom pop gem you’ll want on repeat. Not at all pun-intended, but the track is very light, airy and hazy (floating dream-pop perhaps), and the vocals on this really set it above many other tracks in the dream-pop genre I've listened to recently. "Floating" sits perfectly on the border of psych-pop , bedroom-pop and dream-pop, with electronically charged vocals giving it even more depth. The synths and percussion on this are amazing and at points even sound like one of the newest tracks that Grimes has been working on. props releases the punchy new single, "headphones on"

London-based artist props has returned with " headphones on ," with the single having a prelude song (first I've seen for ages) before the main song on the release - with it acting as a 42 second hype before it really kicks off. ... a witty indie-pop cut One the track starts it's witty and punchy, with soem sounds that reminded me a lot of The Kooks mixed with Two Door Cinema Club. Speaking about the song props said - "it's about dodging existential dread and wildfires by putting on a good pair of noise cancelling headphones ." There's lots of textures on this, from sizzling horn sounds, to effect-laden vocals, with this sharp indie-pop underpinning that has got me delving into the other tracks that have on Spotify . Young Rob releases the upbeat new single, "Just Dance"

With releases stretching back to 2014 it's London-based artist Young Rob with his new pop-leaning tune, " Just Dance ". The track is incredibly nostalgic right from the outset, with a great funky bassline that dominates your ears. I'm reminded a bit of Daft Punk in places with the electronic swirling all around. ... a funky, Daft Punk–tinged summer anthem bursting with positivity and groove. Rob's positivity shines through, making this single a celebration of joy, and I just can't get over the bassline in "Just Dance" as it feels almost tailor-made for summer soundtracks - be it at home or at a party. It's a clear-cut track that you can embrace and get down with literally any day of the year, and Young Rob needs to be proud of it - I can see this being one of his all-time great tunes further down the line.
